new version of 404SEF

The development team at www.joomlastuff.org  have released a new version of 404SEF component for Joomla.

The new version of the 404SEF component has been redesigned to include addtional functionality plus improved preformance

It's now easier to make plugins for other components like docman and phpbb. 404SEF is now largely object-oriënted, so it should be easy to extend 404sef with custom code.
