The development team have released an updated version of the gigcalendar component for Joomla which includes the following fixes and improvements.

• Bug Fixes - Installation issues with mySQL 5 and PHP 5 have been fixed as have a number of other small problems. Thanks for all our users' feedback helping us fix these bugs! You can continue to post possible issues to our Joomla Forge project tracker:

• gigSeries - The gigSeries feature allows you to create a series of events at an interval of your choice up to 12 months into the future.

• Multiple Bands per Gig - Add as many bands to the gig as you like!

• gigTitle - Add a title to the gig.

• Band Genre - New option for Band info. You can pick more than one genre per band. Genres can be added or removed in the gigConfig - General Settings page.

• Band Listing Page - A paginated and filterable list of all bands in your gigCalendar.

• Venue Listing Page - A paginated and filterable list of all venues in your gigCalendar.
